We are new homeowers in the Hidden Trails community, as of Jan '09.  How do we get permission to walk on the various trails marked NO TRESPASSING?  Or are they off-limits for all?

Hello and welcome to our community.

The trails run through a working avocado orchard called Beacon Hills (http://www.hiddentrailshoa.com/smf/index.php?topic=8.0). This land is being worked and they understandably don't want the public to get in the way or become injured.

At one time a city road ran through the area, and out to Guejito Ranch (http://hiddentrailshoa.com/smf/index.php?topic=12.0) (Old Guejito Grade Rd.). This has since been turned over to private owners and is marked as such.

I would recommend you speak with the orchard manager (Henry Avocado - 745-6632) about the possibility of walking the trails. Please keep us posted.
