The Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens

Since quietly opening the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens in November 2006, Greg Koch and Steve Wagner have reinvented casual dining in the same bold manner they did beer.

The restaurant serves a rotating menu of food -- concentrating on organic, free-range and local ingredients.

Situated between a $14 million brewery and a one-acre beer garden, the restaurant has a transitional theme using stainless steel, concrete, wood and stone. Water runs between the indoors and the outdoor beer garden.
