ne1 have the same problem with their house

Both of my bathtub upstair and downstair are leaking water behind the wall and the baseboard are ruin.  The vinyl are also have discoloration in the bathroom and laundry room.  My water pressure regulator went bad also, so everytime we use water, we hear loud hhhssss noise all the time.
